We at ‘A Woman’s Wellness’ are a collaboration of women, here to support women, in her journey through life. Tenille along with other specialists in Acupuncture, Chiropractic, Naturopathy and other areas of holistic Health hope to provide you with weekly information, tips and techniques to support you and your health.
To create a place where woman can connect and find information and techniques on holistic and natural ways to support them through Fertility, Pregnancy and Menopause.
We want women to feel in control and empowered by providing the information you need to enjoy and embrace the cycle of life.
Who am I? I am a mother, a wife, an instructor, an educator, a writer, a business owner, a cook, a sister, a daughter, a friend, and the kind of person who seeks the best in others and makes the most out of life. As women we are so much, do some much, can be so much. This is why we need to live a healthy life and look after ourselves. That’s how ‘A Woman’s Wellness’ has evolved… Through my experiences in trying to find balance, trying to fall pregnant, over coming injury, fatigue and stress. In helping clients get the most from life and feeling the best they possibly can.
My love and passion is to educate, motivate and encourage others around me to live their lives the happiest and healthiest way possible. My background is in Pilates, Yoga and Women’s Health. I have been working with women and their bodies for over 10 years and I love the energy and community that is created whilst working with women.
Throughout my journey as an educator, instructor and mother I have come across and learnt from some of the most amazing specialists and educators and I want to share this information with you all. I believe in modern medicine but I believe first in holistic Health and how it can offer so much more for you and those around you.
