This book has taken shape through my experiences of trying to conceive my now 2-year-old daughter Maeve (born in September, 2014). During this time I was fortunate enough to be surrounded by, and connected to some amazing therapists, specialists and teachers who guided me with the safest, healthiest and most natural ways to conceive. Throughout my experience I knew I had to share it in order to lead others to the realisation that ‘preparation for fertility’ is the most important step in trying to conceive a baby. Trying to conceive is an emotional rollercoaster for most women, therefore, positive thinking and working with a therapist whom you trust and feel comfortable with is imperative.
