Classes available:
- Studio Pilates – Intimate, equipment-based Studio Pilates class with a maximum of 5 participants and a range of Pilates props such as reformer, trapeze, and chair. Our smaller class size allows us to provide personalised modifications and support for individual needs, goals, and injuries.
- Privates – offers exclusive one-on-one sessions for individuals seeking a personalised Pilates experience, tailored guidance and support to help clients achieve their fitness goals. Recommended for First time Pilates clients, injuries, sports specific, pregnancy (birth prep) support after 36 weeks and post-partum (first session back after bub).
- Other services include: speciality workshops including, Restorative & Yin Yoga and Birth Preparation Support for Pregnancy, Birth & couples.
Tenille’s Pilates & Other background:
Tenille possesses more than two decades of expertise in Pilates, as well as certifications in Yoga and Birth support.
Throughout her extensive career, she has had the opportunity to work alongside specialists and experts from across the globe, athletes, Olympians, prenatal and postnatal clients, children, teenagers, men, pre and post-operative clients, and elderly individuals.
Tenille is a dynamic, motivated, and enjoyable individual who places a high value on community, friends, and family in all that she does.
