For over 5 weeks I have 5 Mini Workout Series on offer! They are old video’s but I still love these mini workouts today and I got organised and ready for you so that while I am nurturing, feeding and caring for a newborn you can still get your weekly Pilates hit!
Each week we focus on a different area or workout and all are under 10 minutes (so no excuses to not be able to fit this workout in). Plus all you need is a comfortable floor space and a smile.
